Frequently asked questions.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear something comfortable that allows easy movement. For most assessments, shorts are ideal for lower limb problems. You may be asked to remove your top depending on the area being treated (e.g. for shoulder or back issues). For women a vest top and/or sports bra can be helpful. Your comfort and privacy are always respected.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No referral is needed. You can book directly with me as a private client. If you're unsure whether physiotherapy is right for you, feel free to get in touch and I’ll be happy to advise.

How do I book an appointment?

You can contact me directly via the Contact page, send a message on WhatsApp, or call/text - 07597573812

How much does it cost?

Each session is £50 for up to an hour. This includes assessment, treatment, and any advice or rehab planning provided during that time. There are no extra charges for techniques such as acupuncture, massage, or taping if they’re clinically appropriate and used in the session.

Can I have treatment in the first session?

Yes—if appropriate, treatment is often included in the first session. This may involve hands-on therapy, advice, or rehab exercises, depending on what we find during your assessment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, as your slot is reserved especially for you.
